About Ulysses
I am a sports marketing and partnerships professional with experience across the NFL, professional sports organizations, leading sports marketing agencies and brands. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport & Recreation Management from Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism, and Hospitality Management and am originally from the Baltimore/York, Pennsylvania area.
I am currently a Senior Manager, Marketing + Activations (Team Sports) at Under Armour, where I lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies rooted in a deep understanding of football, basketball, and baseball culture. In this role, I translate creative concepts into impactful activation plans across social, experiential, and traditional channels, ensuring campaigns resonate authentically with athletes and fans. I develop and execute activation strategies that leverage Under Armour’s athlete roster across key team sports, integrating athletes into campaigns, events, social storytelling, and product launches. My focus is on driving brand energy and cultural relevance through authentic athlete engagement and compelling consumer experiences.
Previously, I served as an Account Executive at 160/90, where I led the day-to-day management and strategic development of client sponsorship portfolios, primarily within the NFL. I was responsible for developing and executing customized sponsorship activations, managing player acquisition initiatives, and overseeing timelines and budgets. I collaborated with internal creative teams, external stakeholders, and third-party partners to deliver high-impact brand experiences at marquee sporting events.
Prior to that, I worked at the NFL Players Association as a Partner Services Coordinator, where I supported the execution of partnership and licensing agreements with NFL sponsors, clubs, and agencies. In this role, I managed marketing asset delivery, in-market activations, hospitality, special events, and reporting, while ensuring the compliant and strategic use of NFL player name, image, and likeness.
My professional background also includes experience with the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Union, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Temple University Football. Across these roles, I built a strong foundation in corporate partnership activation, event operations, player marketing and branding, grassroots marketing, recruiting, and fan engagement.
I am passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sports industry and remain actively involved with organizations such as Blacks in Corporate Partnerships, Black Sports Professionals, and the HBCU First Mentoring Program. I bring a collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the sports and sponsorship landscape to every initiative I lead and support.
